It's a sad day -- we're done. But they all played hard. That sort of effort will take them in a long way in life.

They played hard from start to finish and that's all you can ask. The ball just didn't go in, and tonight, Larkin was better. We'll regroup and we'll have at least one more try at them.

Defensively, I thought that our perimeter people helped a lot. We helped and then recovered. We've been preaching that all year long and tonight, it actually came to fruition. Once the ball went down to the post, we dropped down and got some help.

We just tried to concentrate on playing all five of them as tough as we could, whether that was inside or outside. Unfortunately, Holtz got off to a hot start, and Johnson came on to pick up where she left off, and that was the difference.

Two minutes into the second half, I think we had three freshmen who played the rest of the game until Kelsey fouled out (late).

We got it right down to six and we couldn't get over that hump. We had a couple of opportunities to get it closer, but we just couldn't get the ball to drop.

We get the view. We can concentrate on the wildlife and the trains. And the river itself, the water flowing.
